1.warranty period：

WUPRO Cinema's projection screens are usually covered by 3 year warranty.;
Other products usually have a 1-2 year warranty, depending on the product page.

From date of receipt of goods.

2. Warranty Coverage:

A limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
3. Warranty Services:

Any claims will need to be confirmed with the manufacturer via customer service.

If the item has been damaged/misused by the buyer, free repairs are not available, but the customer can return the item at their own expense and pay for the repairs. In this case, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
