1.How Long Does It Take To Receive My Order After Placing An Order？

Shipping time for products shipped from China warehouse is generally 6-15 business days. If shipping to remote areas, shipping time may be delayed by 1-2 days.
Shipping time for products shipped from local warehouse is generally 2-5 business days.

All of our products include shipping cost, please contact for shipping method.

Usually shipped via USP, DHL, FEDEX, etc.

2.How to modify the delivery address after placing an order?

Please double check your shipping address when placing an order, the WUPRO team cannot change the address after the product has shipped. After you place an order on wuprobuy.com, our team will email you a tracking number once the product is shipped. Please check your email and feel free to contact us at service@wupro.com for further questions.

3.What is the duration of our product warranty?

WUPRO Cinema's projection screens are usually covered by a 2-3 year warranty.;
Other products usually have a 1-2 year warranty, depending on the product page.

From date of receipt of goods.

4.Which screen is suitable for long throw projector?

Kindly share the brand and model of your projector, as well as your budget for a projection screen, to enable me to suggest the best option for you.

5.What is the difference between your gray and black crystal screens?

Both material have super high contrast screens and both are suitable for high lumen long throw projectors. The Gray Crystal has a better 3D effect with higher brightness gain and appears a bit brighter, while the Black Crystal has better light resistance and is better for daytime viewing.

7.How to choose the right projector?

Determine the purpose of the projector: home, business, education, etc.; consider the projector's brightness, resolution, contrast ratio and other parameters; choose the right type of bulb: traditional bulb, LED bulb, etc.; pay attention to the projector's noise, size and weight and other factors.
